1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Coded Games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or participate in any tournament.

These terms apply to all users of the Coded Games platform, including players, spectators, and any third parties interacting with the platform.

2Eligibility

Age: You must be 18 years or older to register and participate.

Location: Coded Games is currently exclusive to players based in Nigeria.

Device: You must have an active PUBG Mobile account with a verifiable UID.
✅
Verification: Your account must be verified by an admin before you can join paid tournaments.
3Account Rules
⚠️ Zero Tolerance: Multiple Accounts
Creating two or more accounts on Coded Games is strictly forbidden under any circumstances. If you are found to have multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — ALL accounts will be permanently banned without warning and without refund of any balance. This includes cases where a player claims to have "forgotten" their first account. We track accounts by PUBG UID, device, and other identifiers.

One account per person. One PUBG UID = one account. No exceptions.
🚫
Account sharing is prohibited. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
📝
Accurate information required. You must provide your real PUBG UID and valid contact information. Fake or misleading information will result in account suspension.
🔄
Username is permanent. Your chosen username is also your referral code and cannot be changed after registration.
4Tournament Rules

Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by Coded Games admin.

Punctuality is required. Players must join the room within the time stated. Late entry may result in disqualification without refund.

Room codes are confidential. Sharing the room ID or password with non-registered players will result in immediate disqualification and possible account ban.
🎮
Fair play only. Use of cheats, hacks, emulators (on non-emulator lobbies), or any third-party software that gives an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
📊
Results are final. Once an admin publishes results, they cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system error.
5Payments & Withdrawals

All top-ups must be made via PalmPay to 8900952292 (CODED INT / HAMMED). Payment to any other account is not our responsibility.
⏳
Top-up requests are processed manually. Processing times are typically within 1–24 hours. Transactions made between 8PM–8AM may take longer.
🏧
Withdrawals are subject to admin review. We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
🪙
Bonus coins cannot be withdrawn as cash. They can only be used for tournament entry fees.
🚨
Any attempt to dispute or chargeback a legitimate payment through your bank is considered fraud and will result in permanent account ban and legal action.
6Code of Conduct

Players are expected to treat all other players, admins, and staff with respect. The following will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:

Harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at any player or admin.
🤖
Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the platform.
🎭
Impersonating another player, admin, or Coded Games staff.

Deliberately spreading false information about Coded Games on social media or elsewhere.
7Privacy Policy

We collect the following information when you register: email address, PUBG UID, in-game name, and contact information. This data is stored securely in Firebase and is used solely for platform operation.

Your PUBG UID and in-game name may be publicly visible on leaderboards and tournament pages.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

We may contact you via the email or phone number you provided for account-related notifications.

To request account deletion, contact admin through the platform.
8Limitation of Liability

Coded Games is a privately operated tournament platform. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, PUBG Mobile server outages, or circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any tournament or account at our discretion.

9Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced via the platform.
